Dear Sir,
It has been a month since your company installed the ‘PNL24’ operators to our existing swing gates. Considering I was initially advised by others that my gates did not have enough clearance behind them to fit the operators, I am delighted with the professional installation that took place.
On seeing the units in action at your showroom, I was convinced that the installation could be modified to suit the restrictive conditions that my gates had. Your installer was most obliging and worked with me to come up with an installation solution to fit the existing conditions.
The end result was that the units were successfully installed with less than the ideal clearance and the gates are free to open to their maximum extent. To say that I was pleased with the installation is an understatement. Thankyou for carrying out a professional, neat and unobtrusive installation of the units, which have given trouble free service to date.
As a former metal trades person myself, it is heartening to see tradesmen who are willing to think outside the square and come up with solutions to problems as opposed to sticking to standard installation methods that may be good for most installations but end up being inappropriate for others.
The whole experience of dealing with your company has been a pleasure, from Harvey conducting the initial meeting and showing me the units in action at your showroom to your patient installer.
