We recently installed new automatic sliding driveway gates for a residential property in Balgowlah Heights, which included photoelectric safety beams and a custom gate design using vertical elliptical blades.
The Ask
The client’s home required a new set of automatic sliding driveway gates and pedestrian access gates. With the home located on the Northern Beaches, the gates needed to have added corrosion resistance to last in the coastal environment.
The Job
We supplied, installed and commissioned a pair of telescopic automatic sliding driveway gates, along with two pedestrian gates. The pedestrian gates were fitted with electric latch release, operated through the home’s existing intercom and access system. Photoelectric safety beams were installed to the automatic driveway gates to provide additional pedestrian and vehicle protection.
Once installation was complete, we tested the gates, safety devices and controls, then commissioned the system as fully operational.
The gates were built to a custom design using vertical elliptical blades. Each gate was etch primed prior to powder coating for additional corrosion protection, which was particularly suited to the home’s coastal setting in Balgowlah Heights on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The Outcome
The client’s home now has a convenient and long-lasting automatic sliding gate, custom-built to meet the aesthetics and environmental conditions of the property.
